Our company’s Approach

Japan Homes Limited is a unique organization which provides services inclusive of process management, quality control and aftercare service at Japanese level in New Zealand.
Since 2008, we have worked on growing our craftsmanship, and now over 1000 customers experienced our services. Spreading Japanese standard service and skills among New Zealand, we can solve various problems regarding to building.
We will continue to endeavor to employ the most talented people, to spread the traditional skills of both countries.

Company History	In 2005 CEO, Okabe entered Architecture in Manukau Institute of Technology. Through site training and acquisition of knowledge of building, he completed 6 buildings in the process from foundation work to completion for three years. In March 2008, Japan Homes Limited was founded. The projects in the four years up to April 2012 Relocation work for Japanese Supplementary School Renovation and new buildings for AIC Renovation for AIC student dormitory Renovation for 20 restaurants New house, Extension and Renovation In 2014 Investment of own 40 properties in total in two years
