Within your planned budget, our licensed expert team produces the house that you have always desired, built with our whole hearts and skills. With our inspired architects, your ideas reflect into building your new unique house.

House Kit

This is another way to build your new comfortable house, ordering from your favorite choice of our existing plans. This is a popular style in New Zealand, which makes the costs of application fees and building materials cheaper as the models have been pre-prepared, of course we can allow you some change. Our team members – who have NZ official licenses – deal with whole process from application and building through to you moving in.
